| 10 Steps for Creating Your Video |
| 1.
Gather: Remember that the
photographs you choose become your DVD slideshow.
Choose your very favorite prints. Try to avoid
photographs that have been damaged or are blurry. We
can adjust red-eye, minor color adjustments and can
crop and zoom your picture for better viewing. You
can submit digital images, photographs, documents or
items that need
to be scanned. |
| 2. Organize:
Now it's time to get your photographs organized. Put
them in the order that you want them to appear on
your slideshow. If you are uncertain about this,
feel free to contact one of our design consultants
for assistance. The best way to keep them organized
in shipping is to number your print photographs by
placing a small number on the back in pencil or
placing a sticky note on the back on the photograph.
DO not place any items on the front of your
photograph and please do not use ink! If you are
using digital prints, number them (i.e. 001.jpg,
002.jpg, 003.jpg Etc...) accordingly in a folder.
Copy the folder onto a CD-R or, preferably, a flash
drive. |
| 3. Count:
How many photographs do you want to use in your
DVD slideshow? Once you have a number you can choose
your package. Use this calculator to determine the
number of slides you will need. |
| 4.
Gather extras:
gather any other memorabilia to be added to your
slideshow like, video, vows, quotes, poems,
certificates, letters, etc… Remember:
These items count as slides and should be included
in your total count. |
| 5. Music:
The Music
makes your slide show... The music sets the stage
and mood. Choose your music selection very
carefully. Are there any songs that have significant
meaning? Do any songs have lyrics that match the
occasion? If you own the song, please mail the CD in
original form or a backup copy. If you do not own
the song, we
will be
more than happy to legally purchase the song for
you!

6. Order Form: Complete the
order form
and sign and date the agreement.

Shipment:
Package your media, pictures and CD’s along with the
signed agreement / order form in appropriate
packaging and mail to:
